摘要：
A safe protection net with some cameras, infrared detectors, identity recognizing system and various sensors is available to accomplish those tasks, such as monitoring, alarming, recording, etc. The net controlled intelligently could safeguard people's life and property, and provide useful clue and evidence for policemen to crack a criminal case. Signal is transferred on the power line as a carrier wave, so the reliability of the net is high.
