摘要：

A low capacitance AC measuring circuit was designed and its prototype was developed for electrical capacitance tomography system. The features measuring circuit can removes the influence of stray capacitance on its working principle. It has the high accuracy (its measuring error is less than 0.2%), and low drift (less than 0.05%/h). And its,resolving power is 0.04%. Experiment results show that the circuit satisfies the requirement for the ECT system.
