摘要
The problem of analysis and optimization, which is offered for consideration, relates to the area of scientific research, development and statements of the perspective ideas. The electoral approach to substantiation of the new technical concepts and to evaluation of the technical projects is formulated and offerred, taking into account the availability of competitors. The opportunity of the particular realization of the offerred approach for solution of the practical tasks is demonstrated on the example of comparison of the technical and economical virtues of the main space vehicles.
