摘要
Cellobiose dehydrogenase (CDH) from Schizophyllum commune was purified to homogeneity. CDH can increase cellulose degradation by cellulases. The synergism between CDH and exoglucanase (CBH I) was obvious. However, the synergism between CDH and endoglucanase was little. In the presence of cellobiose, CDH can reduce some oxidation products of peroxidases to preventing the polymerization catalyzed by peroxidases. With addition of CDH plus cellobiose, it can prevent the color reversion of GP by 17%.
