摘要
This paper describe the structure,the piezoelectric effect, the working principle of piezoelectric sensors firstly. Analysis the impedance characteristics and impedance matching circuit of the piezoelectric transducer. On this basis, design the measurement circuit of the piezoelectric sensor, give the matter which is paid more attention when design the circuit and several important conclusions, finally give the analyzed and prospects of the application of piezoelectric sensors.
