摘要
Inter-organizational knowledge transfer provides opportunities for mutual learning and contributes to organizational units' ability to innovate. Knowledge transfer can develop core competence and build sustained competitive advantage of organizations. Cooperative network offers a platform for knowledge transfer among organizational units. So, to understand the process of inter-organizational knowledge transfer accurately and improve the efficiency of knowledge transfer in the cooperative network is very important issues that enterprises are confronted with commonly. This article examines the barriers to knowledge transfer in cooperative network. These barriers are exactly the study scope of social capital. So we try to analyze the concrete effects of social capital to knowledge transfer in the cooperative network from three dimensions which are structural, relational and cognitive dimensions. From the analyses, we conclude that the degree of structural dimension of social capital is positive with the opportunity, motivation and ability of knowledge transfer and the degree of relational dimension and cognitive dimension of social capital is positive with the effect of knowledge transfer.
