Intelligible fuzzy models applied to time series prediction and control

摘要：
A simple and fast method to build fuzzy systems from input-output data consists in computing optimal fuzzy curves whose linearization can define the necessary fuzzy sets. In this paper we review this method and show its capabilities to predict the popular Box and Jenkins' time series and to control the ball and beam system.
