摘要
As a supplementary technology for long-pulse laser machining, femtosecond laser-induced forward-transfer technology can effectively reduce the shock wave, molten zone and heat-affected zone during the machining and achieve cold machining. Based on the domestic scholars' studies on femtosecond laser-induced technology, the characteristics and application of femtosecond laser machining are explored. Later, an in-depth analysis of the machining mechanism, working mode and features of femtosecond laser-induced technology is conducted, and the major advantages of this technology are summarized. It is found that this technology can achieve the fine machining of complex graphics and microstructure and has some environmental protection effect.
