摘要：
The problem of sustainable development of mineral resources industry is a comprehensive systematic question. it calls for an overall balance and coordination between population growth, environment, society and economy. To achieve the sustainable development of the overall industry, internal coordination in the system about the development and utilization of mineral resources industry, which also exist in and between the various subsystems, should be identified and maintained. In order to maintain the balance of the system, it is necessary to use economical approach, such as: taxation, price, and so on to keep the dynamic stability in the system.
