摘要
In the hot period of the year, oil-filled power equipment exploitation is often accompanied by incidents of overheating as well as cooling system disorders. As a result, there are disruptions in the energy supply; moreover, the replacement of equipment in a short period of time is technically impossible and expensive. A possible solution is to upgrade transformers and small devices development to cool them. The device is mounted in existing and new equipment; it is compact and is reliable. The operational concept is based on the fact that, at night, when the temperatures of ambient air are minimum, the tank accumulating cold that is used in the heating process. We have analyzed the process of ice formation on the thin metal fins in the water tank. The calculations showed that maximum temperature difference
