摘要
The EU internal migration and the flight movements of recent years are putting German society and politics to the test with integration and crisis management skills. The professional drug care and addiction prevention system is also dealing with these new developments. Mobile outreach services and low-threshold contact stores are often the first and the only addiction related services perceiving and in contact with migrants who have problems with psychoactive substances, in their diversity, their individuality and at the same time the complexity of their problems. Fixpunkt is the NGO in Berlin, which is mainly realizing and offering low-threshold addiction care and infection prophylaxis. Fixpunkt is one of the first NGOs of addiction care system facing new and known challenges.
