摘要
To fulfill the development of millimeter-wave (mmW) communications, a three-layer stratified full dielectric radome is proposed and designed with both antireflection and low-loss properties for 28 GHz antennas. First, the design concept is described with a three-layer dielectric antireflection structure. Then, the implementation of such a three-layer structure is introduced with a single substrate through a perforating method. Finally, a radome prototype has been designed for a 28 GHz antenna array. The corresponding results, including S'-parameter and radiation performance, have been thoroughly investigated, which shows the proposed radome is promising to be widely adopted in mmW antennas.
