摘要：

In this work, silica coated magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were prepared, and characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FTIR). The silica coated magnetic nanoparticles have been applied to extract puerarin from puerariae lobatae radix, and finally determined by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with mass detection (HPLC-MS). Several performance parameters such as sorbent amount, desorption solvent, sample volume and extraction time were investigated indetail. The results show that, silica coated magnetic nanoparticles has good extraction efficiency, which was successfully applied to extract puerarin from puerariae lobatae radix, with the recovery of 93.7%.
