摘要：
The development of the world economy has involved a corresponding intensification of trade, causing the total traffic of the ports of the world to increase, now reaching the order of tens and hundreds of millions of tons per year. Therefore, this industry becomes extremely important, being necessary the digitization of processes, the use of artificial intelligence and the latest technologies to evolve and facilitate the access / use of data. The authors propose a digital web platform model for e-contracts used in maritime transport. The platform wants to offer contract models that can be completed online, digitally signed and accessed from anywhere as long as users have an account.
