摘要：
In this paper, the deficiencies of the traditional PKI were discussed. From the viewpoint of trust management, a risk-based for authenticating across-certificates in PKI was presented on the base of framework of authenticating digital across-certificates. The model proposed in this paper includes the architecture for the risk-based trust management, a method to compute trust value of end certificate and an implementation algorithm, and policies to trust a certificate.
