摘要
The speeding up of urbanization makes the urban heat island effect become more and more obvious, and then the rise of urban temperature will lead to the increase of urban energy consumption, especially for the influence of buildings' heating and cooling energy consumption. According to the design standard for energy efficiency of residential buildings in our country, the computation model for residential buildings was constructed. With the initial meteorological parameters of seven typical coastal cities in China as a benchmark, all year hourly temperature increased six heat island intensity values by 0.5 degrees C, 1.0 degrees C, 1.5 degrees C, 2.0 degrees C, 2.5 degrees C, 3.0 degrees C. The annual dynamic energy consumption of the residential building model in seven typical coastal cities was simulated using the DeST-h software developed by Tsinghua University, and we analyzed the effects of heat island intensity on energy consumption of heating and cooling for residential buildings in typical coastal cities. The results showed a good linear relationship: the heat island effect decreased the energy consumption of heating for residential buildings in seven typical coastal cities with ratio of 12.66 %/degrees C, and increased energy consumption of cooling with ratio of 14.82%/degrees C.
