摘要
The child's ADHD symptoms influence the psychosocial functioning of the whole family. Studies show an increased burden and functional deficits in parents of children with ADHD symptoms in comparison to the control group. Parents of children with ADHD (n = 26) were compared with the control group (n = 80) in terms of stress factors (EBI). Comorbid disorders such as aggressive behaviour and internalizing problems were controlled for (SDQ). Taking into account the aggressive behaviour and internalizing problems, parents of children with ADHD and parents of the control group differ significantly only in one factor: "attachment" (eta(2)(p) =.04). Parental stress of children with ADHD described in the literature may be mainly attributed to the aggressive behaviour of ADHD symptoms.
