摘要
The paper proposes a micro swirl generation method via a Bouc-Wen model-based sliding model control. The proposed method can satisfy the precise vibrating manipulation of the micro probe for stirring, which sucessfully generates the micro swirl controllability. The effect of the vibration direction and frequency on the swirl generation was also investigated. This research validates the micro swirl generaiton approach by piezoelectric actuator, which provids an effective way to energize microfludic for micro ojbects manipulation.
