摘要
Until recently, the interest in the iron binding glycoprotein lactoferrin has been primarily focussed on its antibacterial properties. More recently, lactoferrin has the adhesion of pathogens to host cells involves various pathways, been shown to exhibit a number of other tissue biological functions, among which anti-oxidant, immunoregulatory, anti-fungal, anti-viral and anti-carcinogenic activities. In this paper the anti-carcinogenic activities of lactoferrin are activity compared to the intact facilitate secondary tumor reviewed.
