The Research on the Impact of Private Equity to Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

In the day of economic globalization, private equity investment had achieved great success as a kind of financial innovation products. It plays an important role in developing multi-level capital market, broaden the financing channel, promoting development of the hi-tech enterprise and so on in global economic. This study is trying to provide suggestions for our medium-sized enterprises which face difficulties in growing up. We hope that small and medium-sized enterprises will recognize the importance private-equity investment played. The study finally proved private-equity investment the positive role in improving enterprise solvency and developmental capacity. Finally we give some suggestions.
