摘要
An important group of soft magnetic materials is that formed by alpha-Fe(Si) nanocrystals (around 10 nm grain size) embedded in an amorphous matrix. A simple phenomenological theory which takes into account the two-phase character has been developed. The percentage of crystallised material, x, is taken into account and a quantitative expression for the thermal dependence of coercivity has been obtained. The experimental behaviour of nanocrystalline Fe73.5Si13.5B9Cu1Ta3 samples with different crystallised volume fraction has been explained. (C) 1998 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
