摘要：
In the context of the development of smart grid in China and the large number of residents, it is very likely that the power grid will face the problem of regional power failure and the problem of power imbalance at the peak of the load. Control can mitigate the dangers of an emergency. For this reason, this paper discusses the direct control strategy based on load aggregation, and evaluates and prospects the direct load control under power failure.
