Study on Relationship between Intellectual Capital and Organizational Performance of the Enterprises

With the arrival of the knowledge economy, many enterprises have realized the significant influence of intellectual capital investment on the organizational performance. Depending on the study on the relationship between the intellectual capital and organizational performance, this paper built the transformation from the intellectual capital to the organizational performance. Furthermore, it focused on analyzing the intermediate variable intellectual assets during the transformation and thus established the model of intellectual assets management.
