摘要：
With the transformation of the understandings from technology-oriented information management mode to competition-oriented information management mode, SIS emerges as the times require. SIS is the outcome of the integration of modern information technology and business management concept according to the demands of competition and development. This paper has discussed the creation, background, structure, function and planning of SIS.
