The Design and Application of the Real Estate Market Monitoring and Analysis System

The real estate status monitoring and future development trend play an important role in the development of national economy of our country. But there are some disadvantages in the current real estate market data, processing, analysis, etc. Based on this, it's necessary to study intelligent system to provide the decision theory and basis for the relevant departments and personnel. In this paper, we study the design and application of the real estate market monitoring and analysis system. First of all, we analyze the demands of real estate market monitoring and analysis system, based on this and we set the system functions and system design. After the system design, we test the system. The validation results show that it has certain practicability and the system needs to be maintained in using so to continuously improve the system functions.
