摘要
The unknown challenges of this actual century give to the military phenomenon a different physiognomy and a new content. From this perspective, the theory and the military art have the obligation to adopt a realist vision supported by a scientific fundament in structures and missions' projection, in the organization, planning and operations. In the same time, it is necessary that the military art to be connected to the theoretical coordinates of evolution in military problems and new doctrines in the organization and the execution of military operations. In this framework, the study about the role of Land Forces in military actions and the necessity of improving the command in operations for this type of forces becomes very actually.
