摘要
Today, blockchain is one of the most promising technologies with great potential. The possibilities of the blockchain in the future are quite extensive and are able to solve a number of tasks facing a person in a modern rapidly developing society. This is especially relevant for the medical sector, which is faced primarily with the problems of Big Data managing, processing and security. The article is devoted to the review of changes in the IT architecture of the clinic in the interactions between the patient and the employee of a medical organization when introducing an electronic medical record based on blockchain technology. The article also provides a brief overview of the possibilities and challenges of using blockchain technology in documented medical support, as well as an overview of currently existing projects.
