摘要
The purpose of this work was to compare the analytical results of nutritional parameters of substrate solution samples extracted by different sampling methods. The adopted methods were saturation extract, pour-trough, drainage, and suction cups. The values of nutritional parameters found for samples obtained by means of displacement methods are similar among them and differ from the rest of tested techniques. The pH values were lower in saturation extract. Soluble element contents were similar in saturation extract and suction cups, whereas less-soluble salts, such as phosphates and calcium, are found in higher concentrations by the saturation extract method.
