The Analysis of Logistics Park Clustering Effect and its Decision-Making Model

This text firstly analyses the influence factors of logistics park clustering effect. There are five main factors affect the clustering effect of logistics park, such as: entrepreneurial factors, environmental factors, market factors, infrastructure factors and government factors. It seems to me that entrepreneurial factors is the dominant factor to form the clustering effect of logistics park. Next, this text analyses the clustering effect of logistics park. Finally, this text constructs a decision-making model of the logistics company entering the logistics park using die "rational people" hypothesis. On this basis, this text offers important measures to promote the formation of logistics park clustering effect.
