摘要
With the in-depth implementation of the sustainable development strategy, the reverse logistics focused on environmental protection and resource recycling has received growing attention these years. In this paper we mainly discuss the decision-making of reverse logistics model in e-commerce environment. After reviewing the literature on reverse logistics, we summarize the four models of reverse logistics at the present stage and analyze the characteristics of each model. Then a decision-making model is developed based on BSC and AHP. After that we use an actual case to verify the feasibility of this model. The purpose of this paper is to help companies in e-commerce environment to choose their own reverse logistics model scientificly.
