摘要
With the learners' individual difference becoming the focus of the language teaching research, learning style, which is one of the principal branches of learners' individual difference, has attracted more and more language researchers' attention. Some pedagogical implications for English reading classroom teaching can be obtained from the findings of the research. The teacher should be aware that the learning style preferences vary greatly from student to student; develop students' awareness of learning styles; employ teaching methods in reading class to match the students' learning styles; encourage students to use reading strategies suitable for their learning styles; respect and understand students' learning styles and make every effort to create favorable learning environment for students.
