摘要
We study the high-temperature gas-abrasive wear resistance of electric-arc coatings sprayed from powder wires. It is shown that the wear resistance of these coatings increases with temperature. This is explained by the effect of strengthening of lamellae in the coating, segregation of the dispersed phases, and the appearance of aluminum and chromium oxides (characterized by high shock resistance) both on the surface and between the lamellae. These coatings can be used for the restoration and protection of the heat-exchange surfaces of boilers of thermal power plants, including the large-size waterwall tubes and the tubes of economizers.
