摘要
In essence, Open Source Software represented as Linux shows a different commercial model compared with traditional Proprietary Software such as Windows. This different commercial model gives birth to product's difference among software manufacturers and shows different characters of plat competition from traditional software in the plat competition based on bilateral market. Based on systemic software market and according to the logic from monopoly to double oligarchs competition, this paper analyzes the monopoly market Equilibrium of Proprietary Software, then extends the model to double oligarchs market, and probes into commercial model competition and consequently economic effect of Open Source Software and Proprietary Software.
