High-efficiency class-F power amplifier with broadband performance

摘要
The design methodology and measured performance of a broadband UHF class-F power amplifier is presented and compared to that of a typical narrowhand class-F design. The realized broadband circuit achieves 65% of power-added efficiency with 21 0.5-dBm output power from 575 to 915 MHz, corresponding to a relative bandwidth of 45%. (C) 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
