摘要
The article deals with the impact of applying the principles, methods and tools of quality management on the performance of companies of the wood processing industry in Slovakia. It presents the results of the research carried out during 2017, which analyzes the relationship between the application of quality management principles and their impact on the overall performance of these enterprises. At the same time, we would like to point out that the use of quality management tools and methods can have a positive impact on the reduction of poor quality, reduction of unproductive costs, increasing customer satisfaction and thus on the overall performance of companies of the wood processing industry in Slovakia.
