摘要
Three-dimensional video analysis method is used to analyze the technique of a successful spike in the training of Zhao Jing, an elite female volleyball player of Sichuan Province, and the kinematic characteristics of Zhao Jing's spike technique are discussed. The results show that Zhao Jing's take-off angle and take-off time are almost the same with that of elite female volleyball players, the effects of arm lifting and arm swing are good, and the hitting process is consistent with the biomechanical principle of whipping. But her take-off resultant velocity of the center of gravity and the vertical speed are relatively slower, the lifting height of center of gravity is not high enough, and the stopping effect of hands swing and the whipping rate of upper limb have yet to be further strengthened.
