On the nature of the philosophy of law: basis for a draft philosophy of law

In this work a certain position is defended in relation to the way of understanding the philosophy of law. The main idea is that the philosophy of law should try to understand the meaning of law in its final causes and give a reason for all its dimensions, also integrating the history of the philosophy of law. From there, the foundations are laid for undertaking a legal philosophy project and to establish which would be the starting point and the main objectives of it.
