摘要
The work presents stress differences in the surface layer of the vane segment casting. Due to characteristic of working conditions, elements of this kind, of large geometries and combined of many smaller segments, are very sensitive to internal stresses appearing due to complex geometry in the investment casting process. For investigation, new high-tech and highly accurate X-ray diffraction method have been used. Results presented in the work concern differences in the internal stresses through the length of airfoil, what is critical in future sustainability of whole vane element.
