Mathematical and program provision of design of bevel gearing with small shaft angle

摘要：
The paper presents solution of the problem of geometrical synthesis of spiral bevel gearing with small shaft angle used in compact and high-loaded epicyclic gearboxes. Gear synthesis technique that provides contact localization was implemented in computer tooling-up-for-production system for crown-bevel gears and small-shaft-angle bevel gears. Application of original optimization software and simultaneous transcendent equations solvers provided high computational convergence and stability of the system.
