摘要
The academic debate on the themes of Inclusion, Interculturality and Pedagogical Innovation has gained notoriety in the international scene. With the objective of investigating how university managers have understood these concepts and, somehow, put these concepts in execution in their institutions is that here we present a research whose approach is qualitative in the form of a case study about the Federal University of Ouro Preto / UFOP, in the state of Minas Gerais, Brazil. The data were collected from the application of a questionnaire with open questions about the three concepts and their articulation with the practice. On the basis of a part of the research data we find results that show that the managers have a greater knowledge on the theme of Inclusion, which does not extend to the other two concepts and identify some some university actions that are also more focused on the inclusion field, particularly the disabled person.
