摘要
3-Formyl- and 3-bromo-N-methylcytisine derivatives of the alkaloid N-methylcytisine from Thermopsis alterniflora were synthesized. Their structures were established using NMR spectroscopy and X-ray crystal structure analyses. The crystal structure of 3-formyl-N-methylcytisine perchlorate involves two protonated cations mutually bonded by a bifurcated N-H center dot center dot center dot OH-bond A Br center dot center dot center dot O donor-acceptor interaction is observed in the crystal of 3-bromo-N-methylcytisine.
