摘要
It is found that the anodic dissolution of amorphous films of nickel-boron alloys, which contain 30 at. % boron, proceeds at a lower rate than that of polycrystalline films of nickel and nickel-boron (6 at. % B). With an increase in the boron content of the films, the corrosion current decreases, and the corrosion potential grows, Hearing in an argon atmosphere at 200-500 degrees C, regardless of the boron content in the film, causes an acceleration of the anodic dissolution, due to the thermal formation of the crystalline phases of nickel and its borides. Thermal treatment in air enhances the film's resistance to dissolution, due to the formation of the surface oxide and berate films.
