New method for extracting the quaternion from a rotation matrix

摘要：
An algorithm for extracting the quaternion from the corresponding direction cosine matrix (DCM) is presented. The algorithm is particularly useful to users of QUEST or those who solve the q method directly using an algorithm that computes matrix eigenvalues and eigenvectors.
