摘要
To survive the rapid changes of the present and future in terms of the global expansion of trade (internationalisation), the impact of the 'information society' and the speed of process in scientific and technical revolution, enterprises have to change their structure and their methods of training employees. In spite of the impressive public brochures of most enterprises, in reality their structure is still hierarchical and centralised: there is no delegation of power, competences and tasks and no clear definition of the aims of the enterprise and the specific tasks of employees. The structural change to total performance management using the tools of learning organisation, coaching, counselling and mentoring will develop in employees a realisation of the important resources of the firm with a consequently higher performance output.
