摘要
Human resource management, processing a complex area of the army modernization and transformation, aimed at designing, managing, implementing and updating the recruitment, training and retraining of human resources, necessary for the military institution, according to the requirements of security and homeland defense. Human resources management principles must be well-defined, depending on the goals, objectives, economic and financial resources, dynamic hazards, threats, vulnerabilities and risks imposed, incurred or associated, etc. In developing an effective human resource management, actions must be both realistic and carefully modeling the expectation horizon, namely the career prospects, either direct and indirect, and also present the military, in all its values and coordinates. This requires a very good feed-back relationship, one that can lead to a very good self setting within the professional management space.
