摘要
Pneumatic conveying technology is important in industrial production, especially in the transportation of solid particles, there are many mature theories and applications in this field. With the advent of industry 4.0, it is of great significance to apply pneumatic conveying technology to the transportation of flexible materials. In this paper, we use suction pneumatic conveying method to transport condoms and adjust the shape of the condom in the negative pressure pipe. Combined with turbulence model and finite element calculation, the motion states of condom in negative pressure pipe is analyzed, and optimum inner diameter of negative pressure pipe is calculated. Experiments were conducted to determine the shape of the condom at the exit of the pipe when the tip and ring end of the condom entered the negative pressure pipe respectively. It provides a new idea for the intelligent manufacture of condoms.
