摘要
A framework for servitization and service after sales is introduced as a tool for manufacturing companies to create customer value and competitive advantage. The role of information technology in implementing this framework is underlined and a number trends, future evolutions and business challenges in the Belgian automotive industry are discussed in order to illustrate the potential impact these framework concepts may have on a particular market.
