摘要
The activity of Sr-90 in cereals has diminished to 0,31 Bq/kg, or similar like before the accident of Chernobyl and the one of Cs-137 has decreased to less than 0,16 Bq/kg in 1995. These traces are usually detected by gamma-spectrometry and the application of measuring times of up to 200.000 sec. The level of Sr-90-activity is mainly influenced by the traces of the bomb-fallout in the 50(th) and 60(th). The concentration of Sr-90 in the flour fractions and in bran is correlated directly with the ash-content (r = 0,92).
