摘要
A new diaphragm material is proposed for the miniature Fabry-Perot pressure sensor - Chitosan (polysaccharide) With this diaphargm material, the pressure senosr exhibits good sensitivity and biocompatability which increase sensor's opportunity in biomedical applications.
