摘要
Ship bridge collision accidents are caused by a lot of factors, mainly related to the bridge location, natural conditions, building time and construction management, quality of seafarers, as well as the navigation aids of channel. Risk analysis on ship bridge collision formerly emphasized the passive risk of bridge location and bridge structure. With the application of simulation technology in navigation across bridge, it is necessary to make analysis on the active risk of uncontrolled ship bridge collision at present. Through the research on the route and speed of uncontrolled ship bridge collision combining with the simulation technology, analysis on active risk of ship bridge collision is proposed to effectively control the risk of ship bridge collision, enhance the ability of emergency management, and provide a scientific reference of decision-making for departments and units that concerned.
